Completely Fill Out The Registration Form & State The Amount Of Tickets You Are Purchasing. 
Please Indicate If You want Regular Event Tickets or Christmas Gift Certificates.
 
Make sure your state The Number Of Tickets You Are Purchasing.
Tickets are $25.00 Each then multiply the number of tickets you are purchasing by $25.00
 
Submit Your Completed Registration Form
Then Click On The Paypal Donate Button To Pay For Your Tickets. 
 
Enter The Total Amount Of Your Puchase Under Donate.  The amount from Paypal must match your registration form.  You will receive a confirmation email that can be used to enter the event, if you need a physical ticket mailed to you - please let us know when you receive your email confirmation.
 
Complete The Form & Submit. You Will Receove your Tickets in The Mail Until December 30th then Tickets Will Be Held For Pick up On The Day Of The Breakfast.
 
Tickets are $25. After December 30th Checks Payable to Called To Leadership
